Hier ben ik weer, Loetje de poes van Cees en Marian en ik mag van Marian een column schrijven omdat er van alles gebeurd is sinds ik de laatste keer schreef.
Voor een poos terug had ik last van mijn ogen, om precies te zijn, een oog en dat was behoorlijk lastig. Het jeukte heel erg en er kwam ook troep uit. Marian en Cees hadden dat al vlug gezien en wilden mij graag helpen ervan af te komen. Nou, je raad het al, Marian had een goed idee, ze kwam naar me toe met een wit klein dingetje dat ze nat gemaakt had en daar wreef ze mee over mijn oog, irritant, heel irritant, het hielp ook niet, dat was het ergst.
Maar ze bleef het doen. Tot vorige week, ik lag lekker op mijn vaste plekje te slapen toen ze ineens alle twee naast me stonden. Marian ging naast me zitten, Cees stond voor me en had een grote bak bij zich dat zag ik meteen. Ik had niks in de gaten ook geen idee wat er ging gebeuren totdat Marian me optilde en in die bak zette. Voordat ik er erg in had deed Cees het deurtje op slot en liep met mij in die bak naar beneden. Ik vond het niks en liet het ook merken door hard te miauwen, maar dat hielp niet. Even later werd ik met die bak mee naar buiten genomen en in de auto gezet. Marian kwam naast me zitten en zei: ‘Zo, nu gaan we samen op stap en ervoor zorgen dat jij weer snel beter wordt.’ Ik was kwaad, zeker omdat ik in die bak zat opgesloten, dus ging ik nog harder miauwen, maar dat hielp niet. Na een klein poosje stopte de auto en pakte Cees me met die bak op en liepen we naar een groot huis. Ik dacht misschien gaan we bij iemand op bezoek of zo…kan toch?
Nou, ja dat was ook zo. Toen we binnen kwamen ging Cees in een kamer op een stoel zitten en Marian met een mevrouw praten. Het duurde best lang en ik was echt niet blij want naast me zat een mevrouw die een grote hond bij zich had en honden vind ik enge beesten. Maar die hond deed gelukkig niks.
Maar goed, na een poosje ging een deur open en hoorde ik ineens iemand zeggen: ‘Loetje kan naar binnen komen.’ Ik keek op en zag een man staan, een man die ik al eens gezien had, maar lang geleden. Ik vond het wel leuk dat hij me nog kende en wist dat ik Loetje heet. Hij begon ook meteen dat liedje van mij te zingen, dat doen veel mensen, stom vind ik dat.
Maar goed, Cees tilde me met die bak op en liep achter die man aan. Hij zette die bak op een grote witte tafel, deed het deurtje open en haalde me eruit.. Die man keek naar me en begon van alles te vragen, niet aan mij, néé, aan Cees en Marian. Even later zat hij aan mijn oog te peuteren, heel zachtjes zonder me pijn te doen, écht waar! Hij zei dat mijn oog er niet goed uitzag en hij er een foto van wilde maken omdat er misschien iets mis was in mijn hoofd. Ook dat hij me een spuitje wilde geven! Ja, toen wist ik het weer! Een spuitje had ik al eens eerder van hem gehad, maar hij deed het zo zachtjes dat ik er niks van voelde. Echt niet, ik zat er heel ontspannen bij, zeker omdat die man me telkens heel lief over mijn rug aaide.
Toen wilde hij foto’s van me maken. Ik dacht nou, hij vindt me vast heel knap. Ik was ook blij. Dat Cees en Marian even moesten wachten vonden ze niet erg, ik ook niet.
Goed, hij nam me mee naar een klein hokje en deed allemaal rare dingen met een apparaatje. Toen hij klaar was zette hij me weer terug in die bak en zei dat ik me netjes had gedragen! Mooi, ik was echt blij, heb hem nog een kopje gegeven omdat hij zo aardig was.
Even later kwamen Cees en Marian weer naar binnen en vertelde die man dat er inderdaad een klein knobbeltje in mijn hoofd zit, maar dat het niks ergs is. Door dat knobbeltje komt het dat mijn oog zo pijn doet. Hij liet ze ook de foto’s zien die hij gemaakt had, ik mocht meekijken, maar vond ze hartstikke stom.
Nu moet ik pillen eten en ik krijg ook druppels in mijn eten, die moeten ervoor zorgen dat ik snel weer beter word. Die druppels vind ik niet erg, dat proef ik niet, maar die pillen wel, die zijn vies. Nu doet Marian ze door mijn eten en denkt dat ik niks in de gaten heb. Nou, ik ben dan wel een poes, maar niet achterlijk. Ik heet niet voor niks LINKE LOETJE!
