Een rijbewijs heb ik niet, dat heeft voordelen, maar ook heel veel nadelen. De voordelen zijn simpel, het spaart een hoop geld uit, ik sta nooit in de file, ik hoeft nooit een parkeerplaats te zoeken én ik kan op feestjes rustig een glaasje wijn drinken. Mijn man rijdt, drinkt nóóit en zorgt ervoor dat ik veilig thuiskom, dus dat is lekker relaxed!
De nadelen zijn groter, als ik ergens naar toe wil ben ik bijna altijd op het openbaar vervoer aangewezen.
Sinds een jaar of wat hebben we de OV chipkaart, maar omdat ik dat een hele slechte uitvinding vind noem ik het de OV chitkaart. Vroeger hadden we gewoon een strippenkaart, lekker makkelijk, als hij vol was kon je hem weggooien en een nieuwe kopen. Goede oude tijd, nu moet je inchecken én uitchecken. Dat inchecken vergeet je niet, maar uitchecken is anders, dat mág je niet vergeten, want als je dat niet doet kost het je geld. Pas geleden vergat ik het om de simpele reden dat ik een dame met een kinderwagen wilde helpen met uitstappen. Tja, het grapje koste me iets meer dan vier euro. Stom, maar dat is dan het nadeel van zo’n kaart. Een ander nadeel is, dat je ervoor moet zorgen dat hij altijd opgeladen is, want als er niks opstaat moet je een kaartje kopen en dat kost ook weer geld! Toen die kaarten pas uitgevonden waren kon je geen losse kaartjes kopen. Die waren er niet meer! Ik heb me in die tijd vaak afgevraagd hoe ze dat oplosten met toeristen! Maar kennelijk was ik niet de enige, want inmiddels zijn ze weer verkrijgbaar.
Maar goed, ik rijd dus regelmatig met de bus. Ik niet alleen, ook veel andere mensen. Meestal scholieren, die zitten dan samen en kletsen over school, huiswerk en leraren die ze niet kunnen uitstaan. Als ze alleen zijn komt de mobiele telefoon tevoorschijn en gaan ze Internetten. Vaker zitten er ook huisvrouwen in de bus die gezellig gaan winkelen of net terug komen en uitgebreid gaan zitten kakelen over wat ze gekocht hebben, hoe voordelig het was en wat ze allemaal nog meer willen aanschaffen. Soms zitten er ook mensen in die je opvallen en niet snel vergeet.
Pas geleden stapte er een man in die ongeveer een meter tachtig lang was en twee meter breed, zo schatte ik hem in. Bij het instappen viel hij me op omdat hij zijn broek niet dicht had en niet dicht kon krijgen omdat hij niet paste. Hij moest hem met een hand vasthouden omdat hij met de andere hand moest inchecken. Het ging niet goed, dus zakte die broek tot halverwege zijn billen. Hij had er duidelijk geen moeite mee, zocht een plaatsje en liet die broek ‘gewoon’ hangen. Ik zat met verbazing te kijken en eerlijk gezegd was het een smerig gezicht. De onderbroek was ook afgezakt en op het uitzicht op zijn gore dikke blote billen zat ik niet te wachten. Maar, toen hij eenmaal zat en die broek dus niet meer verder kon afzakken begon hij een heel gesprek met zichzelf. Wat hij zei kon ik niet verstaan, maar hij was wel boos, dat zag ik aan zijn gezicht.
Voor een poosje terug zat er iemand in de bus (ook een man!) die halverwege de rit zijn linkerschoen uittrok én zijn sok en uitgebreid aan zijn tenen ging zitten peuteren! Toe hij zag dat ik zat te kijken zei hij: “Ik heb hier iets zitten dat me stoort!” Ja, mij stoorde ook iets! Echt waar, soms valt je niks meer in!
Maar het kan nog erger. Een kennis van mij vertelde dat ze ooit eens een man in ( JA WEER EEN MAN) in de bus had zien zitten die met zijn fluit zat te spelen terwijl hij een pornoblaadje zat te lezen!
Tja, ook dat kan zomaar gebeuren. Kijk als je nu geen rijbewijs hebt maak je dat soort dingen mee. Heb je wel altijd gespreksstof!
